Terms of Service

Effective from launch. Last reviewed: 2026-05-11.

1. Acceptance

By signing up for Bizzie you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.

2. The service

Bizzie is a business management web application for Australian home-service operators. It includes scheduling, quoting, invoicing, time tracking, and profitability analysis. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and access

Each Bizzie account belongs to one business. The person who signs up is the owner; they can invite additional members with roles of Owner, Lead, or Worker. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity performed under your account.

4. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually by Stripe in Australian dollars. You can change, pause, or cancel your plan at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don’t prorate refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Data ownership

Your business data (clients, jobs, invoices, employees, files you upload) belongs to you. We hold it on your behalf so the service can run. You can export it at any time, and we will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy after account closure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malware, infringing material, or content that violates Australian law.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other tenants’ data, or probe for security weaknesses without a prior written agreement.
  • Resell Bizzie to third parties without a reseller agreement.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after giving reasonable notice, and may act immediately in response to clear security or legal threats.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe), and unforeseen incidents can cause downtime. Credits for downtime, if any, are set out in your subscription plan.

8. Third-party services

Bizzie integrates with Stripe, Google Maps, Resend, and other providers. When you use a feature backed by a third party, their terms also apply to the portion of the service they supply.

9. Intellectual property

Bizzie’s software, design, and content are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service as described in these terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of the software to you.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Bizzie is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our choice) to re-supplying the service or refunding fees paid in the twelve months before the relevant event.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may close your account for material breach of these terms, for extended non-payment, or if we cease offering the service — in the last case we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice so you can export your data.

12. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Bizzie after the change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes that we cannot resolve directly are handled by the courts of Victoria; consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
